Who We Are

Lee Stone Custom Homes, Inc. is a small builder in Morristown, Tennessee. We’ve been designing and building homes since 1999.

Today we build luxury transitional homes in Morristown, TN only, two to four a year. Staying small lets us do every one right.

We’re licensed and insured in Tennessee, and we know the local building codes.

We manage every build ourselves, and we’re on the job site as much as we can be. We work with a small, experienced crew and trusted subcontractors.

That’s how we keep quality where we want it: the builder is there.

We tell you the truth. We answer your questions. We do what we say we’ll do.

Every home comes with a 1-year builder’s warranty, and we stand behind it.

Don’t take our word for it. Read what our homeowners say.
